How the market works
Anubis Market is a marketplace in the plain sense: vendors list goods, buyers order them, and the platform sits in the middle holding the payment until both sides are done. What follows is the shape of a normal order.
The order
- You browse a vendor's listings and add what you want to the cart.
- At checkout you pay in one of the currencies the market accepts. The payment goes to the market, not to the vendor.
- The market holds it in escrow and tells the vendor to ship.
- You receive the order, check it, and confirm release. The escrow goes to the vendor.
Disputes
If the order arrives wrong, late, or not at all, open a dispute from the order page before the release window closes. The market mediates: both sides put their version in writing, and the market decides. Keep your messages on the order page, where the market can see them, and out of private chat, where it cannot.
Vendors and feedback
Vendor pages carry a feedback history. Read the recent entries, not just the rating number. Treat a brand new vendor with zero history the way you would treat one anywhere: a small first order, nothing more.
PGP and private contact
Some vendors offer a PGP channel for details that do not belong in a public order note. If you use it, the keypair is the one from the security page: public key in the profile, private key offline.
