Logging in

The login form lives on the market, behind one of the .onion addresses above. There is no clearnet version of it. Nothing on this site asks for your credentials, and if a page on this domain ever shows a password field, something is wrong with more than this site.

What you need

Your username and the password you registered with. Registration happens inside the market, on the .onion site itself. If you set up a PGP key during registration, you will need that pair later for private messages.

First sign-in

Some first logins carry an extra step: a confirmation message, a one-time code, a signed reply. Follow the instructions on the market's own page. Do not solve them with a search engine, because the first result will be a forum thread from two years ago describing the old flow.

After you are in

If the password you registered with is one you use anywhere else, change it. Enable whatever two-factor option the account screen offers. Write the new password down somewhere that does not sync to a cloud account you use for email: a local note, a locally stored password manager. A market account is worth more than it looks, and people know it.

Forgotten password

The recovery path is inside the market: a support ticket under your registered username. Not an email to a support address you found on a forum. Not a recovery service that found you first. The ticket goes in, the market verifies the account, the password resets. It is slow, but it is the path that does not hand the account to whoever reads the forum.
