Are the three addresses different markets?
No. Same market, same catalog, same accounts, three entry points. Pick any one. If one will not load for you, the other two are not backups of it. They are it.
Why does the market publish three addresses at once?
Rotation. When the market retires an address, it retires it cleanly: the current set is published, and the old one stops resolving. Publishing the set together means a rotation is an event you notice once, not a scramble to find the replacement.
Can I open a .onion address in Chrome or Firefox?
Not reliably, and not privately. Use the Tor Browser. It is free, it is what the address was written for, and it is the one browser where the address bar check means what it says.
Do I need a clearnet proxy, like .onion.watch?
No. The Tor Browser opens .onion addresses directly. A clearnet relay works too, and it sees everything that passes through it, which is the opposite of what you want from a market where you hold a balance.
How often do the addresses change?
When the market decides. There is no schedule, and no way to predict it. The market announces a change on its official channels, and this page follows the announcement. Until then, the three strings above are current.
Is this site run by Anubis Market?

Not until the address bar proves it. A different .onion is a different service, whatever its page looks like. Close the tab, re-copy, and compare the strings before you type anything into it.
